How long does shipping take?

We always ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment. During peak holiday season, things can get a little wild out there, so order early to avoid delays!

Will I get tracking info?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Just email us first at Jodi@zabavacrackers.com to get approval before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be unused and in original condition. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. If your order arrives damaged or there’s any sort of mix-up, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!

Are your crackers eco-friendly?

They sure are! Our crackers are made from recyclable paper, tissue paper crowns, and traditional snap strips (which can go in the trash or compost, depending on your local rules). The packaging is clear cellophane, which is compostable. The only non-recyclable part is the ribbon ties, but we’re working on a more sustainable option. We keep waste to a minimum so you can celebrate with less guilt and more joy.

Do your crackers actually POP?

Absolutely! Each one comes with a proper snap strip attached so you get that satisfying crack! (Just make sure you and your cracker buddy each pull firmly from both ends.)

Can kids use these crackers?

Our kits are family-friendly, but adult supervision is recommended—especially when pulling crackers or choosing small filler items. Snaps can be startling and filler gifts should be age-appropriate. If you have a sensitive kiddo, you can remove the snap before assembling their cracker for a much softer noise when pulling.
